Return and replace policy

The customer has the right to exchange or return the invoice within only 7 days from the date of issuance of the invoice unless it has been delivered or installed.
It is not possible to return after the exchange. The customer must visit the showroom or contact customer service after 3 days from the date of installation to inquire about the return and provide us with the bank account number.
The return value is transferred only through the customer's bank account within 10 working days from the date of providing the bank account number for the transfer.
If the customer is late in visiting the showroom for a month from the date of installation, the customer has no right to claim the return value, and the return value becomes a purchase credit in the customer’s account with the company and he can use it within a period of 6 months from the date of installation.
If the customer does not visit and use the purchase credit within 6 months, the customer has no right to claim any refund from the company.
The company provides its customers with the service of storing the goods for a period of 45 days from the date of the customer’s purchase. If the storage period expires and the goods are not delivered or installed, the invoice is automatically cancelled, and the company has the right to dispose of the contents of the invoice and return the value of the invoice to the customer with the same returns policies mentioned.
In the event of an exchange or return, you must bring the original invoice.

Mechanism for returned and exchanged goods

First, in the event of any manufacturing defect or damage to the product:

“Al-Ghomlas” customers have the right to exchange or return the product, with the exception of the doors, provided that the product is wrapped, in its original condition, and unused, with the purchase invoice present, within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. In this case, the customer bears the shipping expenses to the Al-Ghomlas warehouse. The customer also has the right to choose One of the following options after the customer receives the product and ensures that it conforms to the conditions:

Third: All of the following items are excluded from the exchange/refund policy
  • Doors products.
  • Used products.
  • Not in its original condition as it was when purchased.
  • Damaged products.
Notes:
  • The door cannot be exchanged or returned after full payment.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs in the event of a return or replacement
